I Discovered something Amazing recently and I really want to share it. Many times in my life i have experienced extreme highs and lows, I'm sure many of you reading would relate. When i looked back on the really great times when i was truly Happy, in love, confident, really enjoyed my job and had a great circle of friends around me. I can remember how i was thinking at those times and how i was constantly thankful for every amazing aspect of my life. When i look back on the Extreme lows in my life, deep depression, feeling no self confidence, feeling alienated from everyone around me I can also remember how i was thinking at those times. After watching the movie The Secret it blew my mind and everything started to become crystal clear. My thoughts had been creating everything in my life! When i was happy and grateful i was attracting love, happiness, friends and success into my life and it flowed so effortlessly. The same as when i let a small negative thing manifest in my thoughts and allowed myself to think more and more about that negative thing, i suddenly attracted overwhelming feeling of self doubt, loneliness, no-confidence and everyone around me could sense it and didn't want to be around me. I never realised how powerful my thoughts were and that by simply being in control of my thoughts, instead of letting my thoughts control  me i could of dramatically changed my life at that moment. The Happiness of you life depends on the quality of your thoughts! I feel as if my life is starting again from this point, i have learnt so many amazing life changing lessons since i started to learn and research more.

How it is working everyday whether we believe it or not! Our thoughts are either attracting positive situations and people into your life, or they are attracting more negative situations and people. We cant turn it off its working all the time just like the Law of Gravity! Its up to us to decide how happy we want to feel at any given moment. My thoughts and feelings have changed dramatically since i discovered so many incredible truths and i look forward to sharing them with you, in the hope it may help someone like it has helped me.
